Bio

Jack developed his passion for fitness and nutrition science during his teenage years where he fell in love with cooking nutritious meals for his family and helped a friend lose 117 pounds before high school graduation.

Jack followed his passion by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Purdue University. He completed his Dietetic Internship at Central Michigan University with a concentration in Medical Nutrition Therapy. Jack became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in 2018 where he began his career as an Inpatient Clinical Dietitian, with a focus on cardiometabolic health, diabetes, and medical oncology. More recently, Jack has specialized as a Renal Dietitian, serving those with end-stage renal disease on chronic dialysis.

Aside from clinical nutrition, Jack has consulted for multiple nutrition coaching companies, transforming the lives of the client he has served. He dedicated his life to transforming complex, evidence-based nutrition science into simple, relatable recommendations for his clients. Jack’s expertise expands across the entire spectrum of weight management including fat loss, metabolic resets, lean muscle gain, and total body recomposition. Jack also empowers his clients to build healthy relationships with food through counseling, education, and eating intuitively. Jack believes every one of his clients deserves an individualized approach that focuses on sustainable behavioral changes and nutrition education in order to help them achieve their goals.

Jack resides in South Broad Ripple with his girlfriend Morgan and mini-Bernedoodle Kingston. In his free time, Jack enjoys being in the weight room to tackle his fitness goals as well as cycling on the Monon trail. Jack also enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and being outdoors.
