Working out in a class-based environment is a brilliant way to increase motivation, learn about best practices for form and equipment use, and enjoy a great workout in a high-intensity environment.

For best results, our instructors recommend regular strength training classes up to 3 times a week, and your strength training should be supplemented with regular cardio sessions. We recommend you have 48 hours between strength sessions that challenge the same part of the body. We have a variety of classes to make sure this is possible.
