Developing a passion for ballet as a kid, movement has always been a fundamental part of Bailey’s life. The concentration and discipline required for each movement became a fascination fueling her now career.  Bailey is certified in NASM Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Lagree Fitness and Pre- and Post-Natal exercise. Her classes guide students through a high energy, progressive and form focused format incorporating activation, functional and dynamic exercises adaptable for all athletic abilities.  For Bailey, the main goal is that students learn something, have fun and feel the difference in their body.
