A challenging and fast-paced Vinyasa-style class linking breath and movement in our hot (95-100 degree) infrared studio. Each class will include classic and advanced postures with rhythmic and dynamic movement. This cardiovascular practice unites strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Upbeat music and clever sequencing will get you out of mind…and into the present moment. Bring your mat and water bottle.
