Combination of 1) HIIT low impact cardio bursts; 2) sculpting low weight resistance training using light weights, balls, bands, pilates rings, sliders, and yoga blocks; 3) meditative, detoxifying yoga .  This class takes place in our Infrared Heated Studio. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel & water bottle for this fast-paced, low impact heated class.
