HYROX keeps things simple: run, push, pull, carry, row, ski and move some weight. Every workout has a purpose, building the strength, stamina and grit that make you better in the gym, on the court, on the trail and in everyday life.
You don’t have to be training for a HYROX race to train like a HYROX athlete. New to it? We’ll scale it. Ready to go harder? We’ll push you. Every workout meets you where you are and gives you somewhere to go next.
There’s something different about training alongside people who are willing to work. HYROX brings the challenge; F3 brings the energy, coaching and community. Whether you’re chasing a race time, your next fitness goal or just a really good workout, you’ll leave knowing you did something hard, and had a pretty damn good time doing it.
Whether you're training for your first HYROX race, chasing a new personal best, or just want to see how you stack up against the clock, our HYROX classes will get you there. Step into F3 Compete and train the way race day demands.
HYROX is an indoor fitness race made up of eight 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station. The stations include the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. It’s open to all fitness levels, with divisions for individuals, doubles, and relay teams.
Not at all. Our HYROX classes are great for anyone who wants high-output, functional conditioning that mirrors real event demands. Plenty of our members join simply to challenge themselves and test their fitness against the clock.
Yes. Every group class at F3 can be scaled to meet you where you are, based on your RPE, or rate of perceived exertion. Our coaches will help you adjust weights, distances, and intensity so you can build your fitness safely and progress at your own pace.
For most people, two to three HYROX sessions a week works well, alongside strength training and recovery. If you’re preparing for a race, our coaches can help you plan your training in the weeks leading up to the event.
