Jody came to F3 dealing with existing hip and knee pain and couldn’t get through workouts without pain and discomfort. Jon built her an individualized strength program focused first on moving pain-free by rebuilding stability, strength, and confidence. Fast forward to now… she’s not only training without pain, she’s stronger, has more energy, and is out here repping pull-ups like a pro. What started as foundational strength programming has now evolved into performance and athletic development
