Bio

Archana found her love for yoga in 2016, and it has never ended. Yoga has brought her a greater sense of presence, peace, and body awareness, which is crucial as a mother of four crazy boys. Yoga was the missing piece of the puzzle, with her other forms of exercise.

After completing her RYT 200-hour program in 2021, Archana was overjoyed to share her deep love for this ancient practice with everyone. Expect some classic postures with rhythmic and dynamic movement when you come to her class.
