Always greeting clients with her contagious smile, F3’s coordinator of client services, Shanna brings organization, compassion and an effervescent personality to F3. Through her interaction with members, she let’s them know they are important and that F3 is truly interested in helping them reach their health and fitness goals.

The former stay at home “mom-on-call” managed a hectic household for her three children, Cole a student at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, Alexandra a student at Zionsville Community High School and Courtney a student at Zionsville Middle School. She is also an active community volunteer who works on numerous committees and at her church.

Before becoming a parent, she studied at Indiana University at IUPUI, transferred to cosmetology school training in manicuring and graduated with a state license. As a nail technician Shanna cultivated a large clientele throughout Carmel and Indianapolis and worked up until Courtney was born.

She loves working at F3 due to the energy and interaction with members of the F3 community and she loves learning about their children, families and lives. Shanna appreciates how she and co-workers are changing people’s lives through fitness, relationship building, and health.
