METABOLIC RESISTANCE TRAINING OR MRT

This style of workout is the core of what we do and is most like what you might get from a personal training session at F3. This is our system of increasing mobility, increasing strength and burning fat by strategically spiking your heart rate in between strength and athletic conditioning sets.
